RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICESWe have specialist knowledge of offsite manufacturing projects also known as MMC (Modern Method of Construction) principally on buildings where HUF Haus were the selected supplier and builder. We have project co-ordinated three large new house projects ranging between 3,000 sq.ft. and 11,000 sq.ft. in size. In addition to monitoring the work undertaken by them, our role encompassed all pre-build preparation including coordination of all services and groundworks and initial planning and due diligence.
We have also dealt with a large equestrian complex involving coordination of the construction of several new buildings, rebuilding existing structures and associated refurbishment, together with the provision of extensive site services and landscaping works covering a large farm in Wiltshire. We have also dealt with a large Victorian manor house within a conservation area in Surrey which was stripped to shell and completely refitted with extensions and new buildings added on. Two house projects in St Lucia, one a complete refurbishment and the other a new build, provided further experience on the complexity of coordinating large scale projects.
