The new Rating Valuation List which comes into effect in April 2023, will it is expected, see marked changes in industrial and warehouse assessments, as well as changes to shops and offices. These rateable values are based on a rental assessment dating from 2021.

We can review the assessment by checking the floor areas and rental value against the tone rate and leasing evidence for your location, to provide considered advice as to whether it is worth appealing against the new assessment.
