PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL UNITS, SHOPS & OFFICESOur work principally covers co-ordination of bespoke new builds, alongside contract administration of external repair and decoration projects and internal smaller scale refurbishments to offices, shops and industrial units either as part of rectifying a position under a dilapidations claim, or when a property becomes vacant or simply to upgrade a dated building. Our role includes preparing specifications, obtaining estimates and tender analysis reports and thereafter administrating the work, as well as risk assessments under CDM Regulations and liaising with other appointed professionals.
